Times Square at Sunset

When we arrived on 33rd Street, there was a bit of awe inside of us all. It was short lived, though, as we needed to hurry our way through NYC that evening. The sunset in this picture creates the whole gold like look to the buildings. The lines of the buildings, both vertical and diagonal work off of each other to create something eye catching in this picture. Underexposing this picture made the details more apparent and downplayed the amount of light really in the situation. The fragment in this picture makes it somewhat abstract, and although you know there are buildings in the picture you keep looking.
