Earth on earth?

Have you ever seen Earth? Did you know we walk on earth when we're not on concrete sidewalks? Well in this picture that was my artistic goal during my trip in Hoboken. My intention was to show how shallow my depth of field can be with my first time using Aperture Value mode. The lower my f-stop the lower my focus and in this instance I wanted it to be low enough (4.5) to show the single "Earth" sphere rather than both.
